Redoing it because I kinda messed up. So starting tomorrow.

I want to:

-Eat lots of fruit&veggies

-NO junk food

-Drink a whole ton of water

-No meat unless its chicken or fish

Starting weight:155lbs




Day Sixteen- When did you first decide to lose weight?

I have had the mindset to start losing weight about two years ago, but of course instead of losing it, I probably gained weight. I’ve noticed that this time I have been more conscious about what I put in my mouth, and this tumblr blog has helped me whenever I felt like eating mcdonalds or something like that.

Day Seventeen- Do you have an eating disorder? 

I would say yes.. its not a serious one, if I over eat Ill try to purge, or try to like not eat anything unless its 100 calories or under.




Day Fourteen- What’s your UGW? When you expect to reach it?
130lbs, im hoping by March because I have 20lbs to lose.


Day Fifteen- Are you vegan or vegetarian? If so, has this helped you lose weight? If not, would you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?

I’m not a vegetarian, but I also don’t eat meat a lot. I am considering becoming vegetarian because there will be more nutritional value in my food.
